A distributor sells you what's on their shelf. We source what you actually need — including specific configurations, volume quantities, refurbished units, and end-of-life hardware that distributors no longer carry. You tell us the spec and quantity; we find it, often at a better price because we're not marking up MSRP.

Primarily we source to order — you tell us what you need and we find it. This is what lets us cover such a wide range without marking up inventory you didn't ask for. For high-demand SKUs we sometimes hold allocations, but the core model is matched sourcing against your specific requirement.

We're built for volume rather than single units — typically orders start around 10 units, though it depends on the hardware. If you need a meaningful quantity of something specific, we want the conversation. For one-off devices, a standard reseller is usually a better fit.

We come back with availability and pricing within 24 hours of your request. Delivery timeline depends on the hardware and where we source it — readily available units ship quickly; rare or large-volume sourcing takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline upfront, not an optimistic one.
