We know Surface's quirks
Surface is fiddly in ways a generic reseller gets wrong — encryption, firmware, and storage that won't come out. Handling it properly is the difference between a clean deployment and a support headache.
BitLocker & encrypted storage
Surface ships BitLocker-encrypted by default. We handle key removal and NIST 800-88 sanitisation correctly, so nothing leaves with recoverable data.
Firmware & driver packages
Each Surface model needs its specific firmware and driver package to run clean. We re-image to a correct, current build — not a generic Windows install.
Soldered-storage destruction
On the models with non-removable SSDs you can't just pull the drive. We sanitise in place to standard, or physically destroy the unit, and document it either way.
