Instead of managing separate vendors for procurement, ITAD, and support, you work with one partner on a predictable per-device fee.

Device as a Service (DaaS) is a consumption model where you pay a recurring per-device fee rather than purchasing hardware outright. It converts hardware from a capital expenditure (CapEx) to an operating expenditure (OpEx), giving IT finance teams a predictable annual cost and eliminating the budget spike of a full fleet refresh.

Pricing is per device per year and depends on device type, fleet size, and the services included. Typically, a full managed lifecycle programme for enterprise laptops ranges from $80–$140 per device per year — covering supply, warranty, and ITAD. Most clients see net savings of 30–50% versus managing procurement, support, and ITAD separately with new hardware.

Yes — and most IT directors are surprised by how indistinguishable Grade A certified refurbished devices are from new. Our refurbished fleet devices are inspected, tested, and warranty-backed. Many regulated-industry clients including healthcare and financial services use certified refurbished fleets. The key is having proper grading documentation and warranty terms, which we provide as standard.

The managed lifecycle programme works well for organisations with 50 to 5,000 devices. Under 50 devices, it's more cost-effective to simply purchase outright. Over 5,000 devices, we'd typically work with your IT team on a custom enterprise agreement. The sweet spot is mid-market companies — typically 100–500 employees — where procurement is a real burden but a large IT department doesn't exist to manage it internally.

Every retired device goes through NIST 800-88 Rev.1 compliant data sanitisation — either Clear, Purge, or Destroy method depending on the sensitivity classification of the asset. You receive a certificate of data destruction for every serial number processed, suitable for regulatory audit, HIPAA, GLBA, and FERPA compliance purposes.

When retired devices have residual market value, we remarket them through our wholesale and certified refurb channels. The proceeds are calculated against your programme account and credited back as a reduction on future invoices or an offset on the next refresh cycle. This closed-loop model means your cost of technology decreases over time rather than resetting with each refresh.

Yes. Many clients run hybrid fleets where senior staff or compute-intensive roles receive Brand New devices, while general workforce roles are served with Grade A certified refurbished hardware at significantly lower cost. We manage the full fleet regardless of device origin, and provide a unified asset register and support programme across both.
